You have the option to schedule a remote appearance for various case types, including Civil, Family Law, Small Claims, Probate, Unlawful Detainer, and Traffic cases.

Who can utilize LACourtConnect? This service is tailored for individuals actively involved in a hearing: litigants, attorneys, and witnesses. Given its integration with the case management system, registration is required for attorneys and parties to ensure their appearance is duly reflected in the Court’s records.

Wondering about the cost? As of September 7th, 2021, the Court offers LACourtConnect free of charge through one-time state budget funding.

As per restrictions, please be aware that photographing, recording, or broadcasting your hearing is prohibited under California Rules of Court 1.150 and local court rules.

For those requiring language assistance during courtroom proceedings, the court provides interpreters at no cost—this service is complimentary for individuals engaging with the courts.
